Pull down menus not accessible

When I click on Baseball (for example), the pull down menu items show. But when I try to move my cursor down to select one of them, it disappears. Maybe this is a browser thing? I'm using Edge. Is there a browser setting that needs to be changed?

There's a workaround to the problem. If you right click after clicking to pull down, it stays, and persists after that.
