Edit Position Eligibility

Is there any way to edit position eligibility for players? For example, Yordan Alvarez is OF in Yahoo but only DH on CouchManagers. Is there any way the draft manager or admin can edit that?

And if not, is there any way to set the draft settings so that not all position slots need to be filled?
