Allow league creator to use draft chat

I have a generic account on couchmanagers (username: sosmod) that I use to set up drafts for Reddit's r/SultansOfStats https://www.reddit.com/r/SultansOfStats/

For these leagues, the account that is creating the draft room is not participating in the draft; however, this means that account is also not allowed to use the Draft Chat despite having created the draft room.

Is there any way to allow for the draft room creator to use draft chat even if they are not participating in the draft? Note this is based on my experience from past years; have not tried it out this year
