Can i set who is auctioned off?

For leagues that are in existence, can i set it so only certain players are up for auction?

In a round-about way you could do that. You, as the manager of that auction, can hand out nominations and remove nominations. So you could always remove them from other teams and give nominations to yourself so only you can nominate. However, towards the end of the auction, you'll have to allow other team's to nominate because the system won't let you continue to do it if the player won't fit on your roster (which will occur late in the auction). This is the only way I can think of pulling this off.
