Have an owner in an auction saying that only the Blue Background screen is visible on his screen. His screenname lights up like he's there, but he can't get the White parts (important parts) of the screen to load.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong? Or what to do to fix on his end?
He was fine everyday since Wednesday but not today

Nothing has changed since then. He would need to email (link at bottom of main site) with details like what browser he is using, etc. to try to figure out the problem.

He's in Auction 61, his username is chrislindhardt.

I paused the Auction for today Wednesday (we've been going at it for 6 days).
and asked him to contact you directly via email.

I appreciate your help getting through this.
(about 12 of 16 teams this is the first time with CM, and the experience via feed back for league is overwhelmingly positive, The gentleman in question wrote on our board "My first-ever auction and I'm hooked; I think I'm dizzy about overpaying for a few guys, but I'm lovin' it."

What you guys do is great..

Thanks for the positive feedback. He hasn't emailed yet. Have him just refresh the page, try rebooting, and try a different computer/device.
