I want to have my Keeper League draft on this site, using the slow draft feature. Is there any way to customize a draft for keeper?

Yeah after every team has joined. You, as the draft manager, can put each team's auto status to OFF and start the draft and manually pick the keepers for each team. Then pause the draft and resume it when you're ready to go for real. A couple things to keep in mind though. Each team has to have the same number of keepers. Also, if it is a snake draft, make sure the draft is snaking back to the 1 spot after entering keepers. If you have an even number of keepers then it will be back up to the one spot. If it is an odd number, then the last team will be up after you've finished entering the keepers. Email (link at bottom of the draft site) with the draft number and we can reset the draft to the top.

I have a league with round based keepers and there are a different number of keepers for each team. Will that not work on here?

That will work here with our new keeper page. Once a team has joined (and before you have started the draft) you can attach keepers to that team and decide which draft pick they are surrendering to get that keeper. Teams don't need the same number of players kept.
